Analytical training in how to teach and practice the techniques includes preparatory postures (sukshma vyayama), Suryanamaskara ( Traditional, Vinyasa Flow), Yogasanas, Pranayamas, kriyas, Bandhas, Meditative asana, use of props ( chair yoga, bolsters, belts, Ropes, walls), Special Emphasis in therapeutic approach, chanting of Mantras and Sanskrit Classes

Step by step teaching method, Different teaching Styles ( Integrative Yoga- kashmir Shaivism tradition , Ashtanga Vinyasa System Primary Series ( evening practice -Learn how to jump through/jump back) ), Use of props in Iyengar Yoga, Satyananda Yoga,special focus on Yoga Therapy, qualities of a Teacher (The KSSOY yoga teacher), Different aspects of teaching Yoga
ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY
Human Physical Anatomy and Physiology (bodily system, organs).Energy Anatomy and physiology (Chakras, Nadis. ). Yoga Therapy (healthy movement patterns, prevent lessons, benefits and contraindication)
Applying anatomy to yoga (Neuromuscular nervous system, Respiratory System, Skeletal System, Anatomy of flexion and extension)

YOGA PHILOSOPHY, LIFE STYLE AND ETHICS FOR YOGA TEACHERS
Sanatana Dharma, Yoga, Raja yoga (Antaranga and Bahiranga methods), Patanjali, Jnana Yoga, Karma yoga (Bhagavad Gita), Bhakti Yoga ( Mythologies), Hatha Yoga, Sages and Integration of yoga into day to day life.

- Kriyas ( practice since first week) Jala neti, Sutra Neti, Dhouti, Trataka, Nauli
- Meditation ( Intro to Kashmir Shaivism meditations)
Second week: History, Kashmir Shaivism and the Body
- Sanatana Dharma, Yoga, Patanjali
- Kashmir Shaivism Philosophy
- Anatomy applied in Yoga
- Teaching Methodology
Third Week: Philosophy and Human Energetic Anatomy
- Hatha Yoga Philosophy
- Introduction to Energy Anatomy
- Teaching Methodology
- Step Method Practice
Forth Week: Evaluation, presentation, feedback
- Kashmir Shaivism Yoga Style and your favorite style
- Yoga Presentation
- Evaluation
- Graduation Ceremony
The 20 non-contact hours will be used to write a brief report, prepare a presentation and a test without grades to reevaluate your learning process,
